Historic Repositioning

The careful stewardship of heritage buildings, preserving their architectural character while introducing contemporary purpose.

2 Martin Place, Sydney NSW

One of Sydney CBD's most significant heritage addresses. The building houses the Paspaley Flagship Retail Boutique at street level, with commercial office space across three of its six floors. Originally the Australasian Banking Chambers, its marble staircase and original wrought-iron birdcage lift provided the foundation for a considered restoration that balances heritage character with contemporary retail and commercial purpose.

88 Wall Street, Manhattan, New York

In 2022, Paspaley completed the repositioning of the Tontine Building, a Beaux-Arts landmark built in 1855 on the site of New York's stock exchange.

Hospitality

The development of luxury hospitality assets across Australia and New York, each developed to reflect the character of its location with Paspaley's standards.

The Wall Street Hotel

The 16-storey property brings a distinctly luxurious sensibility to Lower Manhattan's Financial District - 180 rooms, a restaurant, three bars, fitness centre, conference facility and rooftop lounge. Go to website.

m/y Paspaley Pearl

Paspaley Pearl is a 50-metre expedition motor yacht launched in 2021, purpose-built for remote coastal cruising through the Kimberley, Papua New Guinea and eastern Indonesia. Go to website

Pinctada Hotel Broome

Paspaley owns and operates Pinctada Hotel Broome, a 72-room resort moments from Cable Beach, renovated in 2026 to refresh guest rooms and facilities while preserving the property's connection to Broome's Kimberley landscape and pearling heritage. Go to website.
